I will teach you how to get out of your own way and begin to trust in life, so you will choose a more kind, loving, and soft approach with yourself and life, mind and body wealth, and good health. I will give you meditations so that you can practice creating a space between you and your mind so you can become the witness of who you are, and then you can gently begin to see your life with an objective viewing. My aim is for you to understand that you are the creator of your life and that there is no blame for others, there is no past, there is no future.

To make a change, you must take responsibility for your actions, and once you begin to fully understand who you are, and you begin to expand your life, you will clearly see there is no separation between you and Life.
