Who am I?

I was born a seer and a psychic medium. I communicate with the nature Spirits and have an innate love of plants and trees – and I felt the love of Life and nature returned.

I am most empowered and charged with energy when with nature – so I struggled with my two existences – my Seeing World and my Real world with friends and familyI needed help to balance and understand these two differing worlds so I began reading all that I could and to pray fervently for teachers.

Formal Education

I studied art. Design, and dance in university – as creativity and movement are my happy places. I combined my love of art and my desire to bring others into clarity and joy as a healing tool, so I also received my certification as an art therapist. I then continued on my journey of travel and learning more about psychic phenomenon.

My first existential studies were with the Berkeley Psychic Institute, attending classes in their extension school in Santa Cruz California in the early 1980s. They trained me to believe in my intuitive powers and with that belief, came much clarity. I studied the energies of the crystal and mineral kingdoms and how to charge and program stones for healing and balancing energy. I was taught about the meaning of the colors in the human aura and energy fields of plants and animals. I began to expand my abilities of clairsentience and clairaudience and had my first experiences to offer readings.

To do this I had to connect to Life, to get out of my own way and to see life through Life’s eyes. This is an ongoing lesson – but I have learned to find humor and laugh at myself and to see the judgements we create in our own minds. Life is for joy, not suffering.

American-Indian Shamanism

In the mid 1980’s. I was finally blessed with my first teacher. He is an American Indian of the Tewa lineage, and with his guidance and wisdom he began to open my eyes to the love and beauty, and expansiveness of Life. Using his wisdom, incredible patience, clarity, and non-judgment he became my mirror, so I began to open and step into a higher consciousness way of living. To do this I had to connect to Life, get out of my own way, and see life through Life’s eyes. This is an ongoing lesson – but I have learned to find humor and laugh at myself and see the judgments we create in our minds. Life is for joy, not suffering.

Arriving In Bali

In 1986, I manifested my life-long dream of travel to Bali, Indonesia. I was filled with a wonderful sense of home. Two years later I moved to Bali, and for the first time in my life I felt I was at home on this planet.

I began a life of love and creation that excelled my wildest dreams, not always so easy, but always a challenge and a blessing. The Balinese maintain a balance on planet Earth and connect easily to the mysterious realms of ceremony, magic and energy. My life here is always a teaching, a life of creativity and openness.

Southeast-Asia Exploration

In 1993 I went trekking in Nepal and spent some time in Tibet. I was incredibly lucky to have an audience and personal blessing from the Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje, he was 10 years old at the time, and this was a rare and unforgettable experience. The frequency was incredibly high in the temple with the presence of the Karmapa.

This experience was the beginning of a new life for me. My senses greatly opened at this time and I felt more and more prepared to step into my Gifts. Later I spent some time in the Australian outback with an Aboriginal tribe and began to receive a small thread of understanding of the Dreamtime.

I began a life of love and creation that excelled my wildest dreams – not always so easy – but always a challenge and a blessing.

The Balinese maintain a balance on the Planet and connect easily to the mysterious realms of magic and energy. My Life here is always a teaching – a life of creativity and openness.

Brazilian Shamanism

In 2008 I met my second teacher. She is a Brazilian shaman and healer who lived and trained with the Kayapo tribe in Brazil. She is my soul family and my most treasured “sister”. She has opened my eyes and heart to the magic of healing plants and fire energy healing.

We move through time and space together and I will be forever grateful for the connection and Gifts of Life she offers to me. I became a certified Reiki and Sekhem Master, Breathwork, and Rebirthing teacher under her guidance.

Higher Frequency Practices

As your frequency rises – you begin to attract incredible teachers. In 2010 I met an incredible Angelic being who strongly connected me to Sacred Geometry and the use of my voice through Light Language and Sound Healing mantras to shift energies. And in 2017 I also began training with an Alchemist master of the 5 Elements. So Life is ever-flowing and breathing and giving! Can you learn to love yourself enough to open and receive the Gifts that Life is consistently offering?

This is my Life mission – to Empower and bring all beings into an expansive and Gifted Life – having no limits.
